A drunk pilot arrested in London Heathrow

A co-pilot from Japan Airlines was spotted on October 28 by a bus driver at London Heathrow Airport, who was taking him to his Boeing 777-300ER bound for Tokyo Haneda.

Circonstances of the arrest

Company officials told reporters that the co-pilot had conducted a first blood alcohol test at his home, the results of which had turned out to be negative. The pilot, who was taken care of by the police, passed a test. alcoholemia which then revealed the presence of 189 mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, while the legal limit is 20 mg. The chain NHK reveals that the man pleaded guilty in the court of Uxbridge. The JL44 passengers were finally able to take off 69 minutes late.
