First A321 neo for Air New Zealand

On Monday, November 3rd, Air New Zealand took possession of its first A321 neo.

The Airbus is equipped for the occasion with a special "All Black" livery. This same livery can be found on the first Boeing 787-9 of Air New Zealand (also launch company).

The first of an order

This A321 neo is the first of a mix of A320 and A321 neo order, of 13 units (7 A321 neo). These aircrafts will enter service gradually between Tasmania and the Pacific Islands and will replace the current A320 fleet. Registered ZK-NNA, the A321 neo will operate its first commercial flight on November 23 between Auckland and Brisbane. It will carry up to 206 passengers.
